birthday message not going out

It seems that our automatic birthday messages are not going out to members.  I have checked that everything is marked correctly.  They were going out about a month ago and now stopped. 

Ideas?

It's a pop up not a PM or a e-mail.

Do you have it activated where the forum list the birthdays of members in the legend?

Tommy Lee:  You can set up a private message to be sent to members on their birthdays.

P.S.  Please make sure that you understand the issue/question before you reply.

I have it set up, and it seems to be correct.  It was sending them, then - stopped.  I know, because today is my birthday and I didn't get one - I have my profile information correct also.  Other members have told me they did not get one either.
