In progress "Alt" to css ?

Hi,
im using 2-3 images via css but i want to have an "alt" title. Is it possible to make that at css?
for html its this:

I don't think there's an 'alt' property for css.

First of all the code used for this profile have bugs like most codes shared by various websites.Also this is not done and needless.
