Solved WYSIWUG not taking into consideration?

Post by BASSLovah1 on June 18th 2014, 1:50 am

Hello.

I have set-up a form to show up when creating a topic in a specific subforum in the message box and I switched from classic to WYSIWUG mode since a lot of my users are new to how forums work and they usually write before the closing bbcodes, not after them.

I'm using this form with this codes:

Classic mode:

The thing is that now with WYSIWUG, the text written after the double colon, even with the closing code, still gets written in yellow, and not white (the deafult color) as you can see in the next picture ( the | is yellow )

WYSIWUG mode:

Any idea of how to fix that?

Thank you in advance

If you are using a form, I would not use WYSIWYG mode.  The reason why is because when you place the cursor next to the place to fill out the form, it will take the codes, too.  Members will have to remove the codes before posting their information.
