Problem: My Forum Global Moderator cannot post in a specific category and subforums
Hi all,
I am facing a problem with a global moderator of my forum which she cannot post in a specific category and sub-forums. I have checked her permissions and resynchronize her account, all of the forum and the subforums but the problem its still remains. She is getting the message "You haven't got the rights".Probably is a database error. Can you help me please?
With Best Regards,
Dark-Avenger

Hi,
So its just this specific Global Moderator that cannot post on that particular forum? No others are facing this issue?

Hi there Dark-Avenger Please follow this set of steps to see if this will help.
STEP 1:
ACP >> Users & Groups >>
Groups >> Global Moderators click the Remove the member from that Group and save
Now
STEP 2:
ACP >> Users & Groups >>
Users >> Search users >> Type the members name in the box then search
on the members name click remove all rights then save
Now Do step one again but re add the member again.
Then do step 2 again but add her to all the forums she is to mod and look to see if she has the right's see the green wording make sure there all green for that member. like this screen shot
Then save all settings then ask that member to try and post.
