Hello S-t-e-v-e-,

If people are asking you to make the mobile better, you should inform them that the updates to mobile are done by the hosting service. I'm sure that Forumotion wouldn't ignore something like this and are probably working on improvements. It takes time to build and test features to ensure that they wont be broken when you receive them. Until that day, you'll just need to be patient. If people are going to leave because of it you're just going to have to grin and bear it, since it isn't entirely your fault.

They will ignore it like the chatbox update, here was million of suggestions and questions for update the chatbox what they do? nothing.
They do what they want no what members want.

We've had many updates and new features added within the last few months that are fairly big such as the editing of PHPBB3 and Invision templates. And we've had other features added as well.

And while users do have the option to invest credits into forums, they don't have to do this, you can run your forum for free for as long as FM is service. So if you joined FM when it was launched I believe that its now over a decade of you having a free forum. Plus it would be more expensive to host your own forum e.g. by server space and buy the forum software. The techs do take into account suggestions but it can be a slow process to ensure things come out working, again it was asked for quite awhile for PHPBB3 and Invision template editing and it was added.

It is not like the techs can snap their fingers, and your suggestions and updates are added.

There are many things that go into doing updates and adding suggestions. Do you want them to add everything before they are tested and bug free? Also some suggestions can not be added because of technical and monetary reasons.

Actually there was a great demand for a mobile version, we had countless people asking for it over the years. And while you might pay a lot for your forum, that's your business so to speak. Like SLGray said the technicians can't snap their fingers and make suggestions and stuff happens, it needs to be tested thoroughly and not every suggestion can be added because of monetary reasons or technical reasons.
