Heading Display Help

Hi Friends

My problem is that how do i stop those text from getting displayed as i only want the icons to be displayed. See below:-

And the post is not coming properly it is not coming in the next line. It appears like this:-

How do i fix these issues?? Please help..

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation
Allow images in navigation:  Yes

Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Users > Profiles
Modify the ones that are wrong.  Look for the last drop-down menu which gives options to display the fields.
