Servimg Image Deletion

Hi,

I stopped using Forumotion quite a while ago, but there's an image I uploaded to Servimg which I need to have taken down ASAP. I "deleted" the image from My Images on Servimg, but was told that the image wouldn't be deleted for 30 days. I didn't want to wait that long, so I deleted my Servimg account, assuming that all images posted would be removed with it. However, all images are still there. I tried to "Report as Adult/Offensive Content" (which it is since it's a screenshot of trolling/drama from another forum), and was told that the image did not exist in spite of the fact that the direct link still works - presumably because it's tied to a deleted account.

Frankly, I feel misled and lied to by Forumotion and its image hosting service. "Delete" means "Delete". "Delete" does not mean "Do Not Delete for 30 Days". There's a big difference there. 

I want this image removed.

Did you try logging in to see if your account is not deleted?

Hello

For your information, on the web there is something called server cache with a cron every month!! When you delete something on the web, most of there is a delay. That doesn't depend on our service. There is absolutly no lie! In this regard, we exercise complete transparency!
I have checked and your servimg account is deleted. So, images won't be available via the direct link sooner!

EDIT: I have asked to our technicians to clean the server cache. You pictures are not yet available. You just have to clean browser cache and it should be okay right now
