RANK ON THE INDEX

A friend of mine made a javascript and a little part in the templates to get the same thing as "AVATARS ON THE INDEX" but now with my ranks.
I have placed it on the real forum, because it was tested on a testforum, but it won't change the ranks.
The last time I asked him, 2 months ago, he said I needed to put extra/another ID in the templates.
But now I don't get what kind of and where I exactly have to place it.
Does someone know a lot about javascripts and could help me with this??
