Solved Default Status of editor's buttons

Post by 5arid on July 31st 2014, 8:03 am

Hi
Sorry if this is answered before, but I couldn't find anything.

I want to start the editor (for posting a message) with :
1. "Align right" button enabled
2. "Switch Editor Mode" button disabled

How can I do it?
Thanks in advance

Hi,

For Source Code mode add the following to your Stylesheet
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet
Code:
.sceditor-container textarea { text-align:right !important; }

You can change the default editor mode here :
Administration Panel > General > Messages and E-mails > Configuration

Find the option "Activate the WYSIWYG mode by default in the posts" and change it to what you wish.

I couldn't fix this :
"Align right" button enabled

Also I tried to change "left" to "right" in this code but still nothing :
Code:
.post-options {text-align: left;}

Any idea how to fix it?

By the way I am using phpbb2 version

Are you using mode WYSIWYG ? If so go to : Administration Panel > Modules > JavaScript codes management > Create a new script

Title : Your choice
Placement : In all the pages
Paste the code below and submit :
Code:
$(function(){$(function(){$('.sceditor-container iframe').contents().find('p').attr('align','right')})});

It worked, thanks a lot!
Also this should be enabled : "Enable Javascript code management:"

You're welcome, and you are right JS code management should be enabled. Wink
