In progress css for background transparancy

I'm looking to make the body of the forum and portal transparent and would like to know who to achieve this because I can't find access to the css file.

Hello michiganrc,

You can access the stylesheet by going to Administration Panel > Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

If you need help with making the body / forum transparent please provide a link to your forum.
