Need to close my forum for now

Hello, I run a non-profit advocating for high risk youth by youth. My idea was to run a forum providing resources for the youth and then the youth would provided perspective to groups for these resources.  I was really happy to make one here two years ago but I did not get enough youth from my group to support me. I've been really working hard on my org and it paid off with a grant where part of it is we got a webpage. Till the grant is done I need to temporarily close my forum here so people do not get confused with our new website and our old forum which we are just not ready for. 

The problem is I made this account 2 years ago and I've been so distracted by my work I can not remember my user name I have the email which I have access to and the web page.  I spent about an hour looking for a sultion and found

I tried to follow the instructions on case 5 thinking that was the closest thing I could find to my problem and was told I reached my posting limit. 

Please if you could help me disable my forum till we are ready and have more volunteers to help run it.
