How to change Usernames/Password

Hello! I was wondering how to change a user's password and name on my Forums. One of the people I know accidentally locked herself out of the account so I need to change both settings. Your advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You can manage user accounts here :
Administration Panel > Users and groups > search users > manage selected user
