I have just started up a new forum at the address http://vongola.forumsmotion.com/ and one of our prospective members has been having a problem registering because the activation link is not available

Is there any specific setting I need to adjust under the administration panel options to allow them to access there activation link?

Do you have it set where they have to activate their accounts?  If you do, then it should be in the email they get.
