Changing servimg account after Founder change

In progress Changing servimg account after Founder change

We successfully changed the Founder of our forums awhile ago. However, the servimg setting is still set to the original (inactive) Founder's email, and the new Founder's login doesn't work. And I can't seem to find a way to create a new servimg account?

HelloHello,

Ok you can do the following step to change this Wink

ACP >> Misc tab >>
Hosting >> Image host
Servimg account: (change to your Email address)

Click the button marked Modify
No make sure the next setting is
Default category : Root folder then Save

and your Done

After I did that, it asked for my password. Then it said it was invalid. I think it's looking for the original Founder's password

The original founder has been mia for a long time. We went through the process and got founder status switched to me. It worked for everything except servimg

Hmm it should reset it's self when you add the Email address maybe we can ask Buttercup to take a look at this for you. let me run a test and get back to you on this okay Wink


EDIT: I have run a test and Yes you will need the account reset to your forum.
I'm not sure how this will be done as the host is not on our side but there must be away that our Pro-admin can fix this for you.
