Best way to link forum to facebook.

Hello!  

Yesterday, I set up a page for my forum on facebook.  What is the best way to give my forum members quick access to this page, from the forum?  Is it as simple as putting the link in a widget?  Is something already built in to take care of this?   

Any tips and suggestions would be great.

What is the App ID?  Is that the confirmation number that facebook sent me by email?

The ACP says,

"Enter the App ID that you have received through Facebook in the following form." 

When did facebook send me the App ID?  Where can I find it?  I have no idea what it is!

Well for Facebook Connect you have to have an app.

You can add a link to the Facebook page anywhere on your forum.

That's true!  I'll probably put one in the homepage message and make another one that has the facebook "f" in it.  Thanks!
