Member claiming to be a Forumotion representative?

Hello all!

A new member has signed up on my forum claiming to be a representative. Is this a genuine thing or this guy lying? I know that it's very likely he is a troll and I know that Forumotion don't do "visits" and "inspections" and things like this, but I just want to clarify for the sake of justice before banning the user for trolling.

That person is most certainly not a Forumotion representative. We do not ask for 'representatives' to visit forums and you are definitely dealing with a troll.
