I need to switch the founder account to a new person

That is the forum in which I am having issues. I am the creator of the forum, however due to life issues I was no longer able to sustain it, so I decided to switch over the head administrator to somebody else. I am dissatisfied with how he has been acting towards this position and went against his word that he would switch the ownership if I asked him to.

I do own the e-mail of the original owner and creator of the site (me), if that means anything. It seems far-fetched that you could help me with this issue as it is my own mistake, but if you can help that would be greatly appreciated.

You can only access it with your original forum creation email and password.

I got into it, however I have no idea of how to give myself the owner account back. Under the "Direct Connection to the Administration Panel" I presumed is where it was, however it says I am not allowed to administer the forum. Do I need to just reset the users/members to an earlier date?

If you change the email and password of the utilities and then log into the founder account using the founders username and password (the password you changed in the utilities)

So you gave the founder account to someone else?
