Solved I am sorry but the litigation isn't taking enough action

Hi it's me again and I wanted to know what more I can do about this forum. This time they are trying to ban me on a rule they just enforced and it's not fair. They are abusing the banishment system and this is the new rule:
This rule was not in place until I asked to delete my account today:
I am very tired of the staff members doing stuff like this. Please help me. I all asked was to have my account delete they didn't need to go this far. They didn't place this rule in till today and if they ban me I'll be very upset. 
15. Accounts - Each member is allowed to own one account. The creation of a new account will result in a permanent ban of both the accounts. We will not delete your profile at your request.
