Solved Wrap member bar in posts

Post by Luffy on September 19th 2014, 3:32 pm

Hello,

Is there any way that i can make the member bar in the posts wrapped to the outer side of the postmain?

If you didn't understand what i am trying to say is that i don't want it to look so sharp stop at the two ends. I want it to look like its going behind wrapping the postmain. Is it possible?

The overflow of #content-container div#main is hidden. That's why the header is being clipped.

Is there a way to make that? Very Happy

You can get an image that will have wraps at the end and add it to that area.

SLGray and Ange:

I want to do this:

As you can see it all ok, but this is only on my screen resolution. If you zoom in and zoom out you can see that it is not like that to all kind of resolutions. This bar is an image i made and i can separate it in peaces. But i don't know how to do that with codes...

Ps. The other bars are not aligned properly:

A link where you can see what i am saying is this. Check the username bars over the post and check the first post bar. Then try to zoom in and zoom out to see what i am saying.

So it works on the first post, then all others have one on the left, not on the right side?

Check your CSS for this:
Code:
.pun .main-content {
    background-color: #FFF;
    border: 9px solid #EBF0F3;
    border-bottom-left-radius: 5px;
    border-bottom-right-radius: 5px;
    padding: 0px;
}

Change 9px to 5px on the border line.

I see you got an image. You can adjust its size for different resolutions with this :
Code:
.pun .posthead { background-size:100% 100% }

Adjust the percents if needed.

I have what i want for the first post. Check the end of the bar

But check the other posts below:

Why don't they all go out of the border?

Try adjusting this :
Code:
.pun .posthead {
  background-size:100% 100%;
  width:101.5%;
  margin-left:-27px;
}
.pun .main.paged > .main-content.topic > .posthead {
  background-size:100% 100%;
  width:auto;
  margin-left:-15px;
}

The second rule is for the first post.
