Hello, my forum has been deleted.

I don't know the actual reason. Everyone deserve a second chance. So please give a chance to restore my forum.

Probably your forum broke the TOS, did you get any warning message in your ACP the previous days? If you believe that your forum wasn't break the TOS you can contest this decision http://prntscr.com/4odjpu and contact forumotion staff to check it.

After you press the skip ad button, you get an OnlineGuradian page saying the forum was banned.

Use the utilities (https://www.forumotion.com/utils) and back up your forum to the most recent backup.

You can still restore it with the utilities tool.

You can not restore a ban forum. You can only contest the decision by pressing the contest decision button on the OnlineGuardian page.

Can we consider this solved as I sent a pm with some information?

Oh. My information about restoring a deleted forum via utilities was only for deleted forums, not banned forums. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

So you're saying that your Forum was deleted? And not banned. If so, I may be able to help. But banned forums are not able to be restored, sorry.
