My topic isn't unlocking even after I "unlocked" it.

In that case, would it be possible to send me a test account via private message so that I can take a look at this problem myself?

Use any random email and then manually approve the account in the admin panel:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Inactive Users (on the left, under Users)
4. Approve the account there

I have logged into your forum but I can't seem to find the topic in question. Do you mind providing me with the link to the topic that you've unlocked but still cannot post in now that I'm a member?

Since he is offline now, you could send me the test account.

So after using the test account, I located the problem.  You have the whole forum of that category locked.

AP > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Press the modifying image for that forum and change the locked to unlocked.

Correct, except for the founder.  Even if you see the locked button, the founder can reply.
