JavaScript deleted on Its own?
Hey, What's up.
So yesterday, Ange Tuteur provided me to with a JavaScript to organize groups connected during last 24 hour. I added it, It looked awesome, and then went to sleep. When I woke up, I logged in and noticed the groups aren't being displayed as they should be. So, I went to AP and checked the JavaScript and it wasn't there ._. I added it back.
Still, i checked the security logs and none of the other admins even logged in to the AP while I wasn't online. So, how could JavaScript delete itself?
Also, another thing: This morning one of my staffers claims that when he attempted to browse the forum, It kept redirecting him to "http://www.forumattivo.com/" when he type in "http://www.duelacademy.net/". It's fixed for him now though, he says that only happened this morning, any idea what went wrong?

Hello Anzo,
This may have been a cause of the datacenter transfer that is going on today. Buttercup has made an official announcement about it. So during this time things may be occuring weirdly and this may have been the cause of the Javascript code to be deleted. For more information, read the thread below.

I cannot say this is the cause of it completely but it could have some sort of connection. I hope this helps you a bit more.

Re: JavaScript deleted on Its own?
That is not possible as the JavaScripts set in the Administration Panel only affect the front of the forum. Modifications of the Administration Panel are not possible.
Re: JavaScript deleted on Its own?
I will just add this if i may
At the weekend we had a problem with a server going down and some problems was still there yesterday. when fixed the tech staff must have done a forum restore from the backup system.
This means that any data in the ACP that was Added in the last 24 to 48 hours may have been lost / Changed.
I also had a number of codes and Java codes missing but I always do a backup on them on my laptop for safe keeping.
I hope this has explained what may have gone wrong for you and some other members.

Pardon me disagreeing, but the actions taken in the Admin Panel are sent over simple HTTP POST requests - any JavaScript could issue such request with appropriate confidentials (e.g. passwords and knowledge of the input structure). It is not possible to use forumotion's API to do so, if I may add that.
