Category and Forum Help

So I'm wondering how you can set your forum to go to a new page, but not like a new tab, when clicking on a topic under categories. I don't like the topics and forums stacking up like this, I want to make my forum look a little neater.

You can change your forum's index packing here :
Administration Panel > Display > Structure and Hierarchy

There are 2 splitting options, and 3 packing options for each. Test out different ones to see what type of packing you prefer.
