Can't login to site as admin

Hey guys, earlier today I had a friend of mine mention that he couldn't log in. So I went and checked it out.. To not avail, I couldn't log in either. So I reset my password, and still couldn't log in. I then searched and found forumotion.com/utils and can't login directly to the admin panel from there either..

I get the message:

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

I have also tried to backup, and it doesn't seem to work..

Are you having a problems logging into your forum, or logging into the Administration Panel ?

Sadly both.. I can't log into the forum, i get that error, and when I try to directly log into the admin panel through the utils, it takes me to the same error.

SlasherXT is your founder account, correct ? So, when you type in your username(SlasherXT) and password it tells you it is incorrect ? You can try checking this topic to see if it helps : https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-lost-your-founder-s-password#849991

Yes, SlasherXT is the founder account...

Sadly none of those fit my problem. I have reset my password twice,. Both times neither worked...

Try sending a request for a new password 1 more time. When you receive the email be sure to click the link in it, to activate the new password. Once done, copy the new password supplied in the email, then paste it into the password field.
