Falsly Reported along with photo proof of it.

I recently received notice that my forum had been removed due to
"

• Violent or repulsive content
  
• Hateful or abusive content
  
• Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
  
• Sexual and/or pornographic content
  
• Harmful and dangerous acts
  
• Copyright infringment
  
• Spam
  
• Phishing and/ or malware website
  
• Credit card fraud
  
• Hacking" 
  

None of these are real reports they are merely reports mad by the owner of the Vgunetwork forum attacking me due to a argument we had. what i would like to know is if the people who ban forums review them before they ban them why as my forum banned? there was no content on it that could remotely look like any of these reports i even have proof of the vgus owners personal Skype admitting that he got my site taken down(his VGUnetwork account name is DVA). I had made a grand total of 3-4 post on the site which lead people to mediafire for mods for the new Vegas game and last i saw there where maybe 3 post from people outside the site. i just want to know as i said if you guys look at  the sites before you ban them how did any of these reports fly?

If your site was blocked by OnlineGuardian then this is more then just an argument you and this owner had. OnlineGuardian would only ban your site if your site did in fact break the Forumotion TOS and it would depend on the severity. So if your site did get banned by OnlineGuardian and was removed then it is because your website did in fact violate the Forumotion TOS and break one of the rules that you stated above. You can contest the ban and try to get it restored but it is ultimately up the them whether they unblock your site or not.

There is a litigation team that read the litigation reports and checks forums to see if they are exactly breaking the Terms of Service.

mods,hacks,bots anything like that for game is against tos on forumotion  because its against tos of the video game ......

i also have a site with game mode on it but my tos on my site to register saves me

my tos states that no one associated with the game,government ect is allowed on my site and all files hosted on my site are for for personal use and testing none of the files are to be downloaded by anyone and if anyone does download them my isp,host,ect will not beheld responsible for the use of said programs

You can still get in trouble if your mods are for a game that the developers do not want to be modded.

Even with that set up as your TOS, if you are making any sort of mods that was created by another company and they never gave you permission or authorization to access their game and make any modifications and then providing those modifications to the public then you can get in trouble because you are breaking the law yourself and when it comes down to it, you vs a company... the company will win hands down. It does not matter what your TOS says or doesn't say, they can and will more then likely will win. Changing your TOS doesn't protect you from your site being taken down. Also, your TOS only shows up when they are going to register. They do not need to register to ban your site, all they need is proof. They get that then your site will be shut down and they don't even need to read the TOS of your site.

yes but they cant get proof without downloading something from my site witch states its for private use not public and no files are to be downloaded ... and reason i know this works is because my friend use to host a yahoo bot,game hacks and pirated movies site and he used this same tos ..yahoo tried to get him shutdown and so did the government for the movies but they couldn't do it ..... the game site never bothered him because like most game creators know if you block people from hacking or modding your game that's less people that will buy the game... but anyways don't really matter now because it to late forumotion already banned his site

sorry but if your site was banned the team have looked at your site and found you was doing wrong some where and then banned your forum.

as said you can ask for your forum back but the chance of you getting it back once banned for breaking the TOS is about 1 in 100.

we have staff that look over your forums when a report was made and we do not take closing a site down without proof.
