import theme not working Empty import theme not working

im trying to import/install this skin for forumotion http://socialacademy.forums.fm/t60-ipb-cs-theme-2-punbb and all its saying is import ended and does not change skin

Did you extract the file (.rar)? Because there are some files in it including the CSS, Images and Template.
