Please help me to get back traffic exchange

My traffic exchange participation. Anyone kind enough to explain to me why my traffic exchange has stopped working? Ive tried updating it but it keep saying error when I try to fix it by using the method I've used last year.

Any advise is kindly appreciated.

When I go to traffic exchange, it shows me this: "A maintenance is occuring on this page. We are sorry for this inconvenience."

So you should wait until they are finished with the maintenance.

I believe it has something to do with the data migration.
