I was wondering how can I change size and font family of Topics, posts and last posts ?

It would be really helpful.

Go to Admin Panel >> Display >> Pictures & Colors >> Colors >> CSS Stylesheet
and add the below code:

.goog-text-highlight{font-size:16px!important}
th{font-size:16px!important;}

And push Sumbit to save it.
