Post by betclever on October 19th 2014, 7:02 pm

Hi all,

I have an issue which is not super esthetic cause when I use the "web" version on mobile devices of my forum, the avatar are shifted and mask the text on the right side.

So you're saying that avatars cover some of the posts?

I have looked at many posts but could not find where the avatars overlap the topic message. Could you send me a link?

Classic version cause I'm using a shoutbox and the members want to discuss on this one and some of them prefer to use the classic version.

Just use classic version when members log into your forum give them info to switch in classic version and no one will have this problem anymore Smile

No you don't undersand what I meant.

In fact, when you use the mobile version of forumotion, you don't have any avatar so it's normal but when the user wants to use the classic view so classic version "web", the avatars are schifted.

Hello betclever,

The problem occurs because no width is assigned to the images. This means that they can "break out" of their containers if they become too small. You should be able to solve this by displaying the avatars based on percentages. Add this to your stylesheet, and make modifications to the percent if you wish :
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet
Code:
.postprofile dt img { width:50% }

TYVM ange tueur, it's solved.

I put 65% cause 50% was to small but working perfectly!
