Solved Widget standard bloc

Post by betclever on October 23rd 2014, 1:22 pm

Hello,

I would like to have the same widget standard bloc from forumotion on my forum (the block around the widget).

Here is the one I have at the moment :

Code:
<!-- BEGIN table_row -->
<div class="module">
 <div class="inner"><span class="corners-top"><span></span></span>
 <div class="h3">{table_row.L_TITRE}</div>
<!-- END table_row -->
{S_SOURCE}
<!-- BEGIN table_row -->
 <span class="corners-bottom"><span></span></span></div>
</div>
<!-- END table_row -->

Any possibility to have the same widget "Forumotion Network" on my forum cause I like the style of this widget?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Hello Ange tuteur,

The cadre or border I don't know which one is the correct word to use for this kind of widget.

Yes, I like this one, the design + the block.

Thanks,

For the border of the widget, it's one pixel + a box shadow.

CSS :
Code:
.module {
 border:1px solid #CDE;
 box-shadow:1px 1px 1px #999;
}

I have applied the code you have posted but it is not what I want.

In fact, I want rounded borders (corners) like the ones on forumotion.

The font color is #B8DDF2 and I want a sort of transparent like the ones on forumotion.

Difficult to describe what I want cause it is difficult to explain. Very Happy

You should be able to use border-radius to round the corners of elements. Try this :
Code:
.module { border-radius:4px }

If you want it more round, you can increase the value of 4px. ^^

Thanks Ange tuteur,

This is what I have right now after the change:

Is it possible to have the same border for the blue cadre?

Also, how to apply the same borders for my category cause now it's different? Smile

Thanks a lot!

The only way that I can think of to round the inner border, would be to increase the roundness by 4px. See how this looks :
Code:
#postingbox.panel, .panel.introduction, div.post, .forabg, .forumbg, .module { border-radius:8px }

It's pretty perfect but can we remove the grey around the cadre see print screen?

Do you see what I mean, the grey (not the blue in font) just on the corners of the widgets and the lines between the category?

It's maybe a sort of shadow or something like that...?

Thanks a lot!

Check for this in your stylesheet :
Code:
.forabg, .forumbg, .post, .module {
    box-shadow: 0px 0px 6px #6F7B82;
    border: 4px solid #FFF;
}

The box-shadow would be what's causing that. ^^

See if this works :
Code:
.forabg, .forumbg, .post, .module { box-shadow:none }
