Can not log out

I cannot log out of my forum. I tried because I had other problems and that is when I found out that I can't. I also cannot change my email address on my profile. I sent two pm messages to two different members and they are still in my out box but the members have read them and replied to them. The only change I have made to my forum is to change the timezone back to where I am located. In the last posts column the icon is coloured but the post has been read and there are more posts after that. If I click on view posts since last visit it goes to the previous page not the current one.

It appears that there is a glitch going on with the footer and some other elements of the forum. Have you tried clearing your cache or refreshing the page to see if it fixes the problem ?

If that doesn't work you can logout by adding this to the end of your forum address :

/login?logout=1

If you need to access the admin panel, but cannot, you can do the same :

Thank you, that has fixed almost everything. I still cannot change my email address in my profile though. there is also a pm in my inbox that shows it has not been read even though I have read it about four times. And the two pm messages I sent are still in my out box even though they have been read.

try to resynchronize your forum

acp>general>configuration

scroll to bottom

tick Check to resynchronize

save

well idk about the messages but you probably have the setting off to change the email

acp>users&groups>users>users options

Allow users to change their e-mail address :yes

I thought exactly the same thing re allowing members to change their email address. But even though the permissions are YES to change an email address and NO to change a username, I can change my username but not my email address.

I have the some problem and more on my forum to. The only change I have made to my forum is to change the time zone too...

Well I don't know what's happened because I haven't been online there for a day or two APE, but I just went there to copy the URL and it's fixed. I can now change the email address and not my username. I hadn't changed anything since Twisted Mods suggestions hadn't worked.
