When saving images from a forum, the file corrupts

When I save images from my (and other) forums www.sensualposers.net the file corrupts and won't show up.

(image I am saving)

(what shows up, ie nothing. Won't open in graphics program either)
This is a huge problem as we offer graphics to members who need to save them on their pc's.

Saving images from other sites, photobucket etc are all ok, just saving images from forumotion seems to corrupt (png's mainly) and it isn't constant, it is intermittent.

can u provide a link to a page with a image on it that downloads as corrupt

It doesn't do it all the time for some reason.

i tried to save the file from and it failed so i went to view image it took me to photobucket and it took 10mins to load the img witch they did do an update yesterday so it might be a temporary issue but you can try using another img host such as https://servimg.com and see if you still have the same issue

I don't have the issue all the time and when I save direct from photobucket it is fine, just happens when the images are posted in forumotion.
On a side note it seems ok with images from servimg.com but that still doesn't help our members, a lot of whom don't like change (get set in their ways)

well if it works with servimg chances are it has nothing to do with formotion its probably photobucket i do believe they have a support forum or a way to contact them and let them know your issue maybe they can give you some incite on the problem

What exactly do you mean by saving from Forumotion?

When someone uploads an image to share, and we save the image to our pc's. Saving direct from photobucket works fine but saving from within the forum doesn't. It has been suggested it is a photobucket thing as servimg worked ok

How are you uploading the images from Photobucket?

Some use the IMG code and others use direct link and the insert an image button in the reply box.
