Background image gone

I believe same thing happened a short time ago and I put in a light blue background (I don't remember how though)
Now I open my Forum now and once more I see



I went to AP and changed background page image, but that did not help.
I made invisible, but did not help.
Why is this happening?

I replaced it with https://2img.net/h/oi60.tinypic.com/nf0kd3.jpg and it now has light-blue background as before.
Why was I getting that other "No Images By That Name....?

The image may have been deleted, that's if it was working before.

P.S. Forgot to mention that the image was working yesterday.
