I am constantly setting the time in the group and the members are having to go into their preferences and do the same thing. this is like this in all the forums I am in.  
how can we fix it so it will stay on the correct time. I have done it 3 times now in the admin and in my profile...thank you

So after you press the save button, it is not saving the changes?
