ToS violation??
ToS violation??
Hi,
I don't know who to ask regarding this issue that seems to be about forumotion terms of service.
I just happened to look in the admin section as the site no longer appears anywhere on a Google search (????) and I came across a large red alert that states the message below: what does this mean? I have no idea what part of your terms and conditions the site is violating. Is anyone able to tell me so I can correct it?
Many thanks,
Troy.

Re: ToS violation??
You may have a post or any element on your forum which breaches the Terms of Service. This could range from pornographic content to gory contents. Also, make sure you aren't using any copyrighted images.
Re: ToS violation??
I've been through the site and have removed entire threads with possible content that may be in violation (certainly not pornographic but not safe for work either really).
I'm not aware of any copyrighted content other than the write-ups of various football reports from around the web (it's a football site) but all links and credit to the original article are posted.
Given that, how will I know if the terms of service have now been met?

Re: ToS violation??
If you checked your entire forum and removed any doubtful material, then you'll have to wait until the date posted by the litigation team.
For your protection, I'd ask you to revise the Terms of Service.
