Hello betclever,

Go to Administration Panel > Modules > Forum widgets management

Find "Existing widgets", and drag the "Keywords" widget onto your forum :

The longer you leave it on your forum more keywords will become available. Smile

While it is on your forum, more keywords are added over time. Depends on search, topic titles, topic content...

Of course, the keywords when clicked will display search results. Some keywords used by searching are added to the widget.

However, when I search something, the word doesn't go to the widget even if I search 3 times or more.
Is this normal?

I believe if the keyword is less than 4 characters it wont be logged. So for example, if I type "test" it should be added to the list of keywords.

Yes indeed, no possibility to change the limit to 3 letters?

Just a question, on some sites, you can find the same kind of widget but animated.
Is there any possiblity to animate it with an effect or something like that?

Thanks,

No, I think that would have to be modified on Forumotion's end.

That might be a 3rd party widget that you can find on the web.

Search engines on our forums are based on keywords that have 4 or more characters.  If you search for a 3 character keyword, there will be no results.

However, is there a way to animate this widget like the ones we can find on the net?

Thanks,
