change images on left side or right side of forum homepage

Creation Type:I have 3 images on the left side of my homepage that are labeled "events" I cannot seem to edit them in anyway. Is there a tutorial ?
Size (In Pixels):
Primary Colors:I don't know is it ?
There are very few options for me to post . it took me 15 minutes to find this one .

I'm not able to post in the support section .
Says not able to post new topics or reply.
I'm sure it's a bother to get off the wall requests . It's extremely aggravating for me to find anything out . Nothing personal .

a friend of mine has also signup on the 21 and was also unable to post in support forum .. the tech team might have broke something lol

Are you still having problems with what you have mentioned in the first post ?

@_twisted_mods_ Is it a specific forum ? I performed a test and could create a new topic under all support categories, save for global issues.
