Unable to post...

In progress Unable to post...

I have had 2 people say they cannot post anything...so I made my own user account like an ordinary member to see what they
were doing wrong... I cannot post either as a member..

What are we doing wrong?

Hello,

Please check that the permissions are set up correctly at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Categories and forums (on the left, under Forum)
4. Click on the permissions sign ( Perms ) on a forum
5. Make sure 'Open a topic' and 'Reply to a message' are checked for members

Repeat for all forums if necessary.

All boxes have a check mark in Guest, members , admin. , and moderators for all forums and categories.....

Thank you. Check to see if you have an image for creating new posts at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Pics management - advanced mode (on the left, under Pictures and Colors)
4. Buttons Tab
5. Check for 'Post new topic' and 'Reply to topic'

They do appear in admin panel...but not on the forum for others to see.

Have you added any codes / modified any templates recently which may have caused this problem?

EDIT: I have visited your forum and it seems that your buttons are working now.

Please do not lock this topic...I will return later.

I did re-sync it all and then logged in as member.. still not "Post reply" button ... only "Post New Topic" so
I tried that but nothing happened.

Are you in Advaced Mode in your ACP ? if so you please make sure all your settings are like this in yellow highlight on the screen shot
