I believe {L_POST_NUMBER} is the php variable for the number of posts by the user.

So, if that is for the number of posts by the user and not displayed, is my forum have some bug / error ?

I want to make a distinction between topic and comment, with this script :
Code:

var nomorPost = "{postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER}";
var nomorPost = nomorPost.replace("Post n", "");
if(nomorPost == 1){
  $(".post-info:last").html("Thread Starter");
}else{
var nomorPost = nomorPost - 1;
  $(".post-info:last").html("Comment Number "+nomorPost+"");
}

idk that is right way or not...
i just replace ( Post n ) the output of {postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER} with empty character and only displayed as the number...

so the question is... its okey if i delete {L_POST_NUMBER} on the script?
but first, let me know what is that function, may be i need it for some fitures

That might be the post/message number that appears in a topic.

First post = 1
Second post = 2

I think removing that will remove the post count displayed in your posts/profile. (I think)

Hey man Confused
i have test it with space "→" =

{L_POST_NUMBER} is empty
{postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER} is Post n3 ( i think "3" is the post count but that is on one script included "Post n" before the number)

look at the screenshot for the output... and the screenshot for the input

if {L_POST_NUMBER} is the post count...
i think the ouput will be "3 → Post n3"

there is no answer to this question? Okey no problem Smile

I think it is an old script that haven't used already by forumotion but haven't removed on the default template...

and i think, {postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER} is the post count number but included a string Post n

oh yeah, this is some tricks from my forum...
"Change the first post count number with "Thread Starter" and change the second post count number with "Comment Number 1" and etc, with this script :

Admin Panel → Display → General ( "Admin Umum" In Indonesian Lang ) → Find post-info

And Replace This

Code:
<ul class="post-info">
  <li>{L_POST_NUMBER}{postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER}</li>
  <li>{postrow.displayed.IP_IMG}</li>
</ul>

With This :

Code:
<div class="post-info"></div>

<script>
  var nomorPost = "{postrow.displayed.COUNT_POSTS_NUMBER}";
  var nomorPost = nomorPost.replace("Post n", "");

  if(nomorPost == 1){
  $(".post-info:last").html("Thread Starter");
  }else{
  var nomorPost = nomorPost - 1;
  $(".post-info:last").html("Comment Number "+nomorPost+"");
  }
</script>

And this is the CSS
Admin Panel → Display → Colors → CSS Stylesheet

Code:

.post-info{
    padding: 10px;
    background: #aceb29;
    color: #0093dd;
}

And the result is : the green content with blue color on the right side

Thanks forumotion cheers
Oh yeah, anyway... where i can share some tricks?
why i can't make a new topic at Tips & Tricks section?
