How to add a verifcation badge?

How do you add a little verification badge or emblem next to a username on a forums in phpBB ?
Like for example on this picture below.

Is there anyways to add something similar to that on a forums?

My bad, and not exactly.

Like. i want to add a little verify badge next to somebody username. like this little picture i made. hopefully this would help a little about what I'm talking about

uptop in left corner of the forum in the searchbox type the word "usernames" im sure you will find your answer

Well, you could go to your Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Profiles => (Add a profile)

There, you can set it to an image and now have an administrator verify it via going to a users profile.

Add this to your CSS. This code will add 'a verify image' next to username of the entire member belong to that #000099 group (your group color is #000099).

Code:

a span[style="color:#000099"] strong:after{
content: ""; /* must be empty */
vertical-align: middle;
background: url('YOUR IMAGE') no-repeat;
display: inline-block;
margin-left: 3px;margin-top: -3px;
width: 18px;height: 18px;
}


Replace YOUR IMAGE that you want with 'width & height' are 18 pixels too.
