no slgray, i want my member get email notification if i PM

If the member has it set in there profile to the following
Allow members to contact me by e-mail : YES
Notify by e-mail when an Administrator/Moderator sends me a Private Message : YES
then they should get an Email when a PM is sent to them no matter who sends a PM
