Code:
#sce_smilies_body, .smiley-element {
background: transparent !important;
/* Option #2 */
background: url('http://i59.servimg.com/u/f59/17/84/98/50/backro10.jpg') 100% repeat; !important

oh because its reuining the theme... so im turning it back on to test the codes...and if they don't work im turing it back off.. ill leave it on for a while so you can see.. and the 2nd one just put my background picture in it and kept the ugly white border  .. I want it transparent with the background...  A picture scrolling over a picture doesn't look good.

Does the same thing... Closest we got so far was just replacing it with a black img.. but I want it transparent with the background...

Aucualy I put 2 of the codes in and one makes it transparent but it makes the site not scroll...

I put this code in

----------

#sceditor_smilies {
background-color: transparent; !important
}
#sce_smilies_body, .smiley-element {
background: transparent !important;

----
on the top.. and it made it transparent with the background..but now the Background wont stay still.. I don't want the background to move.
