Solved CSS DOESN"T EFFECT THE HTML

I have this html code I want to add to a html page:

Muhadithi Albani rahimehullah e ka saktesuar ne Sahih Sunen Ebi Davud (4693).

and I have this css that when I add it to CSS STYLESHEET it messes the forum and it doesn't effect this html that I created. Can you please help me fix this css as it has to be and to affect this html.

Hello @Deathdunk,

You must add the CSS to the HTML page as an inline stylesheet. Paste this in the <head> element of your HTML page :
