by the way you phrased the ? it looks like you want to resize the logo perhapse you mean you want to resize the forum under the logo

Code:
#wrap {
    width: 90%;
}

your asking to resize the image

then

@TheShaka wrote:I don't want resize/make bigger logo when someone have bigger munitor.[/u]
you say you don't want the image size to change based on the monitor size

witch

Code:
#logo img{width: 700px;}

resizes the image to 700px and it will always be 700px no matter what the monitor size is also by only setting the width and not the height it keeps the image in proportion to the original image

if this is not what you want then we need more detail because this is what you asked for

unless you want to only resize the image for smaller devices such as

Code:
 /* Tabled Portrait */
    @media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        #logo img{width: 700px;}
    }

    /* Tabled Portrait */
    @media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        #logo img{width: 700px;}
    }

    /* iphone */
    @media only screen and (min-device-width : 320px) and (max-device-width : 480px) {
        #logo img{width: 700px;}
    }

    /* ipad */
    @media only screen and (min-device-width : 768px) and (max-device-width : 1024px) {
#logo img{width: 700px;}
    }

Hello,

I believe you mean that you want the logo image to look the same on every resolution. To do that and make your logo fit in your borders add the below in your CSS:
Code:
a#logo img{width:100%!important;}
This will make the logo image go exactly in the borders you have for your forum and it will show the same result to all resolutions.

the quality of the image does not change no matter how big or small you make it .. because its still the same image .. in order for it to loose quality you would have to put into a photo editor and resize it .. css code just changes the size of the container not the actual image .. if you right click the image and goto view image or view background image you will see its still the same image no quality drop

if it stretches past the original image size it might get a lil blury.. you can set a max width so it will not go past the original image size

a#logo img{max-width:851px;}
