Navigation on top

Is there some code I can instert in my CSS so I can move navigation to the top of the forum body?

Thanks _Twisted... but now I have a gap,on bottom, I wanted to reduce,
navigation went on the top,but...can I move all forum body somehow,or something...if you underestand?

Still same gap beetwen navigation and forum... 
This is when I m using previus code you give me,for navigation

So,either way,I want to remove that gap,and move all forum up.I m not using Logo,or header image,or Description,
so I want to remove all empty space possible from the top.

   Is it possible...please,someone?

  I just realize this is on GoogleChrome and Opera.
  On Mozila there is some change,as I wanted :
