Usergroups and Rank titles

I was wondering if this is possible. Let's say I have a user and I add that user to the group Moderators, But I still have to manually add the rank title Moderator. My question is, if I add a user to a certain group, can they automatically get a rank title of my choice added to their profile without me having to manually visit their profile and adding it?  I know I can do this in IPB but I just can't find out how to do it here in Forumotion.

If the group and rank are based on the number of posts you have, it will work.
