I thought a pip was the pictures used for the ranking system that appears by your name depending how many post you have made.

Could I have it the same size as what is being used on my website at the moment. I dont want names on there. I would just like something better than the stars like medals, granades, bullets or even military stars. I would prefer bullets or medals please. Could I have it to match my wesite please. Is it also possible to have it in the same format as the stars e.g 1 out of 5, 2 out of 5 etc.
