Index forum (i need help)

Index forum (i need help)
I downloaded an index for my forum from the internet, but i have a problem.
I created the html page on my forum, but i dont know how to include all the stuff in my page.
Because the index have:
1. Index page
2. Css + Images + Fonts
3. Javascripts
And all this need to be included in one page. how can i do this?

you can write scripts and css in the <head></head> tags
wrap scripts in <script></script>
and css in <style> </style>
as for the fonts you cant upload them or add them in the code

Is this a theme?
If yes, you will have to go through the files and add the codes in the correct places in the administration panel.
