Hello,

I'm Ascension Admin of RisetoGodhood.forumotion.com and I'm finding it impossible to log in for some reason. When I try, it says that my password is incorrect, despite my knowing with 100% certainty that it IS INDEED the correct password. When I attempted to reset my password, I was told that it doesn't have my email attached to this username. 

I clicked the contact us button just to see where the message would go. Sure enough I was alerted that I have a message by the email that it says it doesn't have on record. 

Now, I've attempted to follow the direction listed and contact those in charge of passwords, but it says my post count isn't high enough to send a PM, so I'm posting this here instead. 


I'd like to thank you ahead of time for any help that gets me my forum back.

You need to send the information to one of the Managers in a private message.

You required one post to send a PM and now you've got it so like SLG said you should send a Manager (people in green) a PM and they'll be able to help you with your password and log in problems.
