Banning & reporting

So I blocked the people who have done wrong to my site *Past post*

I also found out that they have sites of their own and they are founders can something be done because what they did to mine?

You can report their forums only if they are breaking the Terms of Service.

Also are images copyrighted to the people who took it right? If alterations were made say They took a pic of a wolf and put the wolves name on there who is it?
Is it the original persons or the person who put the name on there

The image of the wolf you say they got, did you create that image? Or you found it over the internet?

They got it from the internet but just added words

There is no problem to that. You cannot accuse them for that because the image you are referring to is not made by you.

Righty so lets say I used it for my wolf and they claim it's theres, can they report me?

If the image was not hand created by them or by you and the image was found simply on the internet and slight adjustments were made they can't do anything. To claim copyright or anything of the sort they would need proof that they created it and they would have to show documentation be it digital or physical that it is indeed copyrighted by them and that there was no permission to be used by another party. Otherwise, they can't do anything.

Glad I was able to help. I have dealt with people trying to claim copyrighted items against me numerous times and it all ends up the same way. They couldn't back up their story that they made the image(s) in question as they didn't have the proof that they did nor the documentation of copyright.
